Hi! My name is Erin and I am excited to share with you my journey to a happier, healthier lifestyle!

I started Amazing You Fitness & Nutrition because I love helping others find the greatness within themselves. Amazing You Fitness & Nutrition provides personalized fitness training and nutrition services completely centered on you and your goals. I am a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Personal Trainer, Yoga Pilates Barre, and I want to help you on your journey to a healthier you.  I love teaching! I teach Nutritional Education, Bootcamp Training, Kickboxing Classes, and Relaxation Classes.  I also love learning! I am passionate about learning the impact of Positive Energy, Nutrition and Physical Fitness in our lives.

About Me: I am a wife and a mom of three beautiful kids. I LOVE spending time with my family. I enjoy being outdoors, kayaking, camping, fishing and hiking. I a m a HUGE football fan. During the football season, you will find me cooking fun meals on Sunday. I love a burger and a beer as much as I love a smoothie and a workout. A balanced approach to fitness and nutrition is how I stay healthy.

My fitness journey started about ten years ago. I knew I was overweight, but it never really bothered me until one day I noticed my eating habits. I was eating chips, cookies, eating out all the time; my cupboards were filled with junk food. I knew I had to change. I wanted my kids to grow up with the example of what it means to live a healthy life.

I slowly began making small changes to improve my health. I started focusing on me and the positive changes I was empowered to make. I cut down my soda consumption and began drinking water.  I started adding more vegetables into our meals. I started exercising and encouraging my family to be more active. 

Over the next six months, I noticed my focus on nutrition and physical activity gave me extra energy and a new found confidence. I began attending classes at my local community center, where I quickly became part of a work out community.

Over the next 8 years, I increased my nutritional knowledge and increased my physical activities. I tried running outdoors and loved it so I started running local 5k races. I am proud that I have now completed multiple 5ks, 10ks and half marathons.

In 2017, I opened Amazing You Fitness & Nutrition to help people live a happier and healthier lifestyle through Positive Energy, Nutrition Education, and Physical Fitness.
